Free Lactacyd V-Zone Care Pack redemption steps:

1. Go to http://on.fb.me/e3HXxd
2. Click on the pink "Poll" button (it will only appear after you 'Like the page)
3. Answer the 4 simple MCQ poll questions
4. Fill in your particulars, and submit
5. Print the confirmation slip at the end (or you will receive an e-voucher via email, only applicable to those signing up after 12 April)
6. Bring it to Pink Parlour @ Orchard Central before 15 May for redemption.
