I am lucky to be one of the few to be invited to this Media Event.
I have learn alot of things from the 3 speaker Guests.

First we had our first speaker who is the Fitness expert and Group Exercise Manager at California Fitness.
Kayla Duke started our morning with exercises that emphasis in breathing and stretching.
I can feel the muscles in my body getting "Stretch".
She quoted that "I find Fresh Plus Liners are very comfortable to wear for my high energy activities. After wearing it for 3 days, you won't even realize it's there!"


Dr Christopher Chong, Consultant Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Urogynaecologis,
Chris Chong Women and Urogynae Centre is the second speaker.

He taught us the importance of how to keep our V-Zone area Clean.
Its normal to have discharge
but if it turns from white to green color,
there will be some trouble especially if the area becomes itchy!
Even babies girl, as early as 3 months, have to keep their V-Zone area clean.
HOW???
By using cotton wool with warm water, clean in the front to back direction.
This will prevent them from getting infection.

Thanks for the tips, now I know how to keep myself and my girl clean.

Last speaker for the day is Ginette Chittick, Fashion Designer,
Co-owner of Frü Frü & Tigerlily, DJ and Lecturer, LASALLE College of the Arts.

She says that she used to find panty liners inhibiting her lifestyle
